The Headteacher of Compton CofE Primary School is seeking to appoint an outstanding Year 1 class teacher for our high achieving school for maternity cover.

Compton CofE is a two-form entry school with 430 children on role. We are popular, always oversubscribed and well respected within the City of Plymouth. We are looking for a practitioner familiar with Early Years and Year 1 and who has knowledge and/ or experience of continuous provision. Applications are encouraged from teachers of all experiences, including ECTs. 

 We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and talented individual who will enrich the lives of the children they teach. Someone who will work effectively in strong teams, has high aspirations and someone who is committed to LEARN, ACHIEVE and FLOURISH themselves.
